Do you do small jobs as well as big projects?
Yes. We take on everything from small repairs to full renovations, building work and extensions – for homeowners and landlords alike.
Who carries out the gas and electrical work on a renovation?
Gas and electrical work is carried out by the certified gas engineers and certified electricians we work with, and is tested and certificated on completion.
Do I need planning permission or building regulations approval?
It depends on the project. Many extensions fall under permitted development, but most structural work needs building regulations approval. We will talk it through with you at the survey and help arrange drawings and approvals where they are needed.
How do you price a renovation or extension?
After a free survey we give you a clear, itemised quote and a schedule of works, so you know exactly what is included before anything starts.
